Information That We Do Not Collect

Our online registration form will not ask for distinctive data categories such as race or nationality, religion, or health information. Nonetheless, we realize that such bits of information may be present in the files or documents that you convert through our service.
If you personally ask us to store or convert data that contains such specialized information, we will do so upon your request and as our position as a data processor. If you have any cases of this nature, you must establish that you have a legal right to disclose this information with us.

Our Usage of Your Personal Data

We offer two kinds of free services, one that does not require an email address and one that does. Either way, if you use our service, whether it’s free or not, you are now sharing your personal file with us to be converted.
In the course of providing this service, your files will be stored temporarily on our server, but we won’t ever dig or investigate them in any way, shape, or form. We also won’t make any duplicates of it. No human is in charge of the conversion operation, and you may choose to erase your data from our servers immediately. Even if you don’t, this process will automatically be carried out 24 hours after you have used our service.
If you use our service that requires an email address (regardless if it’s free or paid), we assure you that this information will not be used for our personal purpose, nor will it be sold or divulged to any other party. Even so, when sharing your personal information with these vendors, we remain liable for it, and we try to limit their use of such data other than providing services for us.

Information Collected In Paid Accounts

Aside from our free services, we also offer premium accounts. In this scenario, apart from requiring a valid email address, we will also collect such data as billing details, credit card information, and a billing address.
We gather this information to set up your account and to give you the services that you paid for. Your email address will also be used to send important notices pertaining to your account.

In such circumstances, we reserve our right to ask additional information that will enable us to substantiate your identity.

How We Handle and Keep Your Files

After any file is converted, we immediately delete any input file and temporary file that comes with it. The output files (or the converted file) can be removed instantly by the user or after 24 hours by our server. No copies of your data will be made. We may only create a backup of your file if you are willing to sign a user agreement.
As the one who commenced the conversion, you are the only one that will be able to download the resultant file. This process is made possible because our system restricts your files to your IP address.
